Run - 3.3 hours - 11/14/2009
Fairly on pace for the first 20 miles. Lost maybe about 3 minutes! Now I think sub-4 is totally possible. Was supposed to cool down for 2 miles. Eh, 1.5 cool down is good enough. Excited again for the marathon. Yay!
